There are two ways to be able to create a BigRock mailing list. And each way shall be explained below.

The first way to create a mailing list is through logging in on your BigRock account. And the steps to achieve are as follows:

STEP 1: Go to the login page of your BigRock and input the credentials necessary to login to your BigRock account. Click the login button after making sure you have the correct username and password filled already.

STEP 2: After successfully managed to log in. The page will be redirected towards the dashboard of the BigRock page and from there. You will see the list of domains and click on the specific domain that you’d like to associate the new mailing list with.

STEP 3: From here look for the “Email” link from the right-side of the newly loaded menu.

STEP 4:  After clicking “Email” you will redirect to email pane from there find the “Manage Email” and click it.

Click on the “Mail” tab and find the “Add Mailing List”.

STEP 5: There are set of forms which is part of the requirement and settings that you can change.  Put the designated “list name” and there is a following set of settings you could set depending on

  • What you want you could allow anybody to subscribe or the moderators have to approve to the subscribers.
  • Whatever you can set the posting and messaging settings for everybody.
  • Desire kind of set of replies to go the email sender or just the list in general or you can also set the replies with an another email as the receiver.

STEP 6: After that enter the email of the moderators that you’d like to have on your mailing list. Once you are finish just click “Add Mailing List”.

The second way to create a mailing list is through cPanel associated to your BigRock account. And the steps to achieve this is further explain below:

STEP 1

Go to your cPanel and login your credentials to it.

STEP 2

You should be redirected to the cPanel dashboard after successfully logging in, from there find at the “Mail” section and click the “Mailing Lists”.

STEP 3

You should see a set of forms that you need to complete in order to proceed. So firstly input the “List Name” with the desired list name you’d like. Select the desired domain name under “Domain” of the domain you’d like this mailing list as associate. Give a password to this and then the “Access type” for your mailing list.

After filling all the forms necessary for the mailing list click “Add Mailing List”.
